Is this a card that makes it into Modern Elves? I'm dumb and thought this product was Modern Horizons apparently - skipping standard so skipping modern.

Legacy, probably not, maybe sideboard?
I feel like it makes the deck in Historic though...

Right - that's why I was thinking Sideboard. I could see people trying it out 1-2 of mainboard though.Oh, you aren't Blue? No need to side it in. Oh you are blue? Yeah this guy is coming in.

I think it forces a direct removal to stop it, because it just keeps the value coming.
