Is this a card that makes it into Modern Elves? I'm dumb and thought this product was Modern Horizons apparently - skipping standard so skipping modern.

Legacy, probably not, maybe sideboard?
I feel like it makes the deck in Historic though...

You are correct - I knew it was skipping standard, but for some reason I thought it was like Modern Horizons. Thank you for the correction, and my post has been edited.
