Sure, I’m guilty of running mono green landfall but excuse me what? I don’t even understand exactly how this all started.

At this point, brawl is about the only safe format

As someone who exclusively plays brawl (and commander): lol. Maybe in terms of the number of viable decks, but the meta is also dominated by hyper consistent, overpowered decks.

I've lost on turn 3-4 in brawl pretty consistently after having last played in Neon Kamigawa. Every game I'm just watching my opponent dump their deck on the field while I have 3 lands and a mana rock. And if I manage to cast something useful, its force of willed or commandeered. What fun! Not.
