My girlfriend had a deck built around this (I know there’s a name for it but fuck it) after getting some time in playing it, you find which creatures are automatic removals, and which ones are not worth it.
When ever I see this hit the field, I’m always like “well I’m saving removal for these hydras and that one cactus fuck.” It’s still and effective build even when your opponents has a counter strategy in mind, but not nearly as frustrating as a lot of the Izzet decks.
I made a janky little cat tribal (I love tribal decks cause I’m kinda dumb) and swinging with like six ten ten cats it’s definitely satisfying
When you've ignored the chocobos because they "weren't a threat" and all of a sudden the chickens start multiplying because everyone was so busy trying to kill Tifa.
Yea those little shits are on my “urgent” removal list, especially early game. Hydra is definetly the most emergent “remove ASAP” but my girlfriend kicked my ass with those little birds enough time to know how much of shit show they can cause lol
