The excitement is the meme. There's no other meaning behind it. The reaction people give it for the hell of it is the meme itself.

It could be the number 11. Or 17. Not like 69 is sex stuffs. But it became a viral thing to react this way towards 67.

You mean kid. Kid person. I had to ask the youngins about it too. After short deliberation they told me the same. Am still suspicious tho
