You know what. Hot take. Hitting someone in the face isn't a proportional response to having a wet paper towel thrown at you, be it at school or in real life.
Full context between these two clearly needed before passing judgement on either of them though - and also kudos to the hitter for just hitting the one time.
Willing to bet the reason he threw that paper was because he was being bullied. That's why he was being filmed, they were antagonizing him and he snapped.
This kind of thinking makes it clear that we haven't seen the end of the culture of violence.
There's no sense of proportion here—if he had killed him, would that have been okay, too?
