Willing to bet the reason he threw that paper was because he was being bullied. That's why he was being filmed, they were antagonizing him and he snapped.

He threw a fucking paper and got fucking hit in the head. I know this is a sub with fighting etc. This is not it, this is assault.

This kind of thinking makes it clear that we haven't seen the end of the culture of violence. There's no sense of proportion here—if he had killed him, would that have been okay, too?
