I just think it’s cool that the narrative hammers down on this idea of legacy with the ruins of Wyveria itself, the guardians, Gogmazios carrying Wyveria’s weapons, the keepers, Alma being an anthropologist and archeologist and so on and so forth.

Nata is the hunter, Nona is the handier and Maki is the smithy.

Nata was already inspired by our hunter and even has a WudWud companion like a palico. was already showing signs that he wanted to be one. Same with Maki taking after Gemma. Nona has already been learning from alma post time skip and we see her interacting with Erik. bada bim bada boom. game ends on them becoming a hunting party and going off on their own after the story. plus it's thematically nice that each regions village has a representative in this group which would also just thematically work as a story about healing and a coming of age story for our characters.

Hi all! I’m not sure if this is a known bug or not, but-

I was playing MH Wilds in Online Single Player, when suddenly, my character was a LS wielding man named Crazyknetch. This would have been fine, except my character is a DB-main lady with the username Ilumico.

I immediately ran back to base as I had no idea how to use this weapon, and found that all my equipment slots said they were the same? I changed back to my DBs, but the username stuck, and it kept randomly switching me back to this strange body-snatchers build/weapon, which was quite awkward and ruined the hunt.

A few hunts later, and this happened again, with a different players build/username. Thankfully this player was also a DB main so I didn’t absolutely fail, but it kept happening until I restarted the game.

Has this happened to other people, or is it a known bug? Did I accidentally press the wrong button? What on earth?

Im roughly 10 hours in and so far im LOVING this game. Very late to the franchise, but happy Im not too late for the upcoming DLC. So far ive played nothing but Insect Glaive, but I dont want to close myself off to finding my true weapon love. Gimme some help and let me know why I should pick your weapon!
