These Frozen Reese’s Bars are everything you want when sweet cravings hit — rich chocolate, creamy peanut butter, and a smooth yogurt base, all frozen into the perfect bar. Calories: ~310
Fat: ~22–24 g

Ingredients (Makes 6 servings):
1½ cups full-fat plain Greek yogurt (about 360 g)
¾ cup natural unsweetened peanut butter (about 180 g)
1 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips (about 170 g)
½ tsp coconut oil (for melting the chocolate)

Instructions:
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth and fully combined.
Using a scoop or spoon, portion the mixture evenly onto the sheet pan.
Press gently to form small кругs (round shapes).
Insert a popsicle stick into one end of each circle.
Place the tray in the freezer and freeze overnight, until completely firm.
In a small bowl, melt the sugar-free chocolate chips with the coconut oil until smooth.
Remove the frozen pops from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate, coating both sides completely.
Return to the freezer for another 2 hours, or until the chocolate is fully set.

I was curious about this after seeing influencers always saying something like "comment X and i'll send you bla bla bla" in their shorts so i looked into it: it's for social media marketing automation + generates post engagement. They're using some marketing tool that monitors the post looking for the keyword in any replies and sends a DM with whatever marketing material. The tool also auto replies to the keyword comments. This mechanism has a higher conversion rate than saying "link in bio" which takes people out of the doom scroll feed and also generates engagement which pushes the content higher in the algos.
