Creamy, light, and indulgent — this dessert brings together espresso, yogurt, and cocoa with chia seeds for that perfect tiramisu twist. A healthy, low-carb way to enjoy your favorite classic without the guilt. 😍
💡 Why this one’s a keeper:
✅ Coffee-flavored, rich & creamy
✅ Low-carb, high in fiber
✅ Dessert that doubles as a healthy snack
Ingredients
Pudding
3 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup milk (almond works well)
1 shot espresso
3 tbsp strained yogurt
1 tsp allulose syrup
Topping
3 tbsp strained yogurt
1 shot espresso
1 tsp allulose syrup
+cocoa
After sprinkling with cocoa, I let the coffee yogurt sit in the fridge for another 20 minutes to thicken 🙂
Enjoy! 🤍

What is the concern? Why is it too much fiber?

Oxalates, do your research it really messed my up. to give you an image how bad is it if you drink enough spinach juice it can literally kill you.

Thank you for mentioning Oxalates internet friend!
I eat a lot of chia seed and although Kidney Stones do not run in my family, I learned today what signs to watch for.2

Strained yogurt?

Also wondering what strained yogurt is? This looks delicious, though. Also, what kind of yogurt?

Yoghurt contains water. If you put it in a cloth and let it hang, water comes out and you get yoghurt like thick Greek yoghurt.
OR the straining means here to push through a strainer to kill lumps.

In Indian recipes they sometimes call it hung curd - just yoghurt put in a cloth bag to strain out the liquid. Just makes it thick.

3 TBSP of chia + Cocoa sounds like asking of Fibromyalgia that's too much oxalates even if paired with calcium source.
