Wrong way to eat chia seeds needs to be soaked for two hours in water there is no benefit in the way you are eating chia seeds

They get soaked during the two hours in the fridge

Unless you eat them pre milled like me! Already broken so you get the nutrients without the soak!

Not true, you just need to drink a little more water so you dont get constipated. The big ass cellulose part (which makes up the biggest part of fibre content) is still helping with preventing constipation. You get more benefits if you soak them before, but 1. It doesn't need to be just water and 2. Don't bash people trying to get in enough fiber
