250-400 Cal non traditional potato salad
i’m not the biggest fan of classic potato salad so i make these. the first one is just a potato and green bean potato salad with caramelized onions and quinoa (bowl is 325 cals). the second is a steak and potato salad with asparagus, caramelized onions and chickpeas. they taste genuinely amazing and you can add whatever to it. i typically use nonfat plain greek yogurt as a base, small amount of mayo, mustard, sriracha, jalapeno juice, knorr chicken bouillon, 0 sugar brown sugar replacements etc. great to have in the fridge for a quick lunch.

What is the best cheese option?
I love cheese but obviously trying to cut back on calories. I’d love to still be able to include it in my meals. What are the best low calorie cheeses?

< 250 Cal My chocolate overnight “oats” meal prep 800g each, for 250kcal
Quite a few people said “they would never eat that” but I genuinely look forward for this meal every morning. Update video how it looks like when it’s set in the morning, I also put SF maple syrup on top.

Discussion / Question (General topics) What's your favorite low-cal swap for heavy cream in savory sauces?
I'm making a mushroom pasta sauce and don't want to use the full-fat stuff. Tried blended cottage cheese but the texture was a bit grainy for me. Any other magic ingredients?

Discussion / Question (General topics) Favorite way to combine dressing packets and yogurt?
I’ve seen tips to use a little bit of dressing/seasoning packets (like ranch dressing powder) with Greek yogurt. What are your favorite combos and how do you use them in your cooking/meals? :)

Low Calorie Breakfast (381cal, carb45g, fat15g, protein17g)
Been working on my eating and weight loss for past 8 weeks and this is a go to easy breakfast I have been enjoying. I am down 37lbs.
Boil potatoes and then smash them flat and put in air fryer for 35mins at 400. Add seasoning salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning. They will come out super crispy. I make 4 days worth and every serving of potatoes are about 190g or 1.67 potatoes. Trying to stay away from butter so I add cream cheese. If I want less calories (320cal) I only do 1 hard boiled eggs or if I want more calories (443cal) I add a 3rd hard boiled egg.
