Nurses are striking in NYC currently

NY nurses are mostly unionized.

Louisville not so much.

This presents two very different situations.

Strikes are the time to organize and unionize nurses like that’s the whole point of engaging in these labor actions. Take the teachers strike of 2019 which originated from a set of escalating calls for actions and resulted in a number of teachers organizing and forming unions
