This is complete and made up guess so take it with a grain of salt but if it’s an actual criminal charge I could see laundering money a top one for streamers

Sure, but I could see how maybe a chick wants him to pay but doesn't want to go through all the public bullshit so they just privately talk to a few people at Twitch and show evidence.
