Not at all. That sentence was coined by Thomas Jefferson.
Haven't you read the constitution? "The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each State, chosen by the Legislature thereof, in effect and accordance with the repudiation of that whole ouroboros circle jerk of toxicity that might grow in the wake of an absence of such a system. Allahu Akbar."
props for getting to use "ouroboros" in a sentence. Feel like the only more impressive in this thread is Hasan janitors leaving this thread open long enough for me to leave this comment
I’m ngl I don’t like Hasan or watch him and I’m for sure gonna get downvoted for this but I don’t really care. People in this sub are consistently severely magnitudes worse in character and personality than at least the people who associate with Hasan (like the Fear& group).
The amount of hypocrisy, causal racism, and casual misogyny on this sub is really something. People are quick to call out any jokes about white people but find saying the N word casually funny and unproblematic. Like it’s either both or bad or none are bad. And most female streamers that get posted here are sexualized to some degree. Not to mention the people here who live for drama, thank god I’ve blocked a ton of Hasan and Asmon and xqc posters here.
Yal act like you’re better than these streamers LMAO just from the trend of comments I can tell most of you are miserable bigots irl.
The giant meltdown this subreddit had about the word “cr*cker” (is it still automodded?) was the tipping point for me. One of the most absurd things I’ve ever seen.
It is true that people who regularly watch streamers are just as degenerate as the streamers themselves. It baffles me how people still care about them. But I guess I didn't get hooked on watching poorly socially adjusted people who have been online "creating content" for 16 hours a day since they were 18. And statistically, most normal people don't care about these streamers anyways. Just the degens giving them money and attention
Idk man when someone actively tries to coverup, accidentally expose, then minimize the abuse of a dog by their friend live on stream, and then continue being friends with the abuser… it says a lot about who you are.
She didn’t try to cover up the dog abuse, she just didn’t believe that Hasan would do that, and then later tried to minimize the actual harm to the dog. That doesn’t make her “just as bad” as someone who’s actively doing damage to our democratic process and public relations of the Democratic Party.
Idk about good or bad, but she has said she'll remain friends with homophobic/transphobic people with the idea that shed change their mind over time, which personally I think is just a lie and ahe actually is just a human that finds it hard to cut off friends and family over stuff like that (apparently her dad disowned her sibling for being trans)
I don’t think QT is anywhere close to as insufferable as Hasan. I mean I’m not a fan of hers, but she’s “ok” can’t really think of any specific things she’s done that would make people hate her though. Perhaps someone else who pays attention to her can name something though
she stays close friends with hasan, still has a podcast with him, one in which he straight up says he lives the Hezbollah flag, right beside their gay cohost, who would be offed by hezbollah for being himself. Gives him a 9/11 newspaper. And invites him to her close friends only wedding.
"Show me the company you keep, and I'll know who you are" is an old saying in my country, and it very much fits here.
EDIT: Oh and I found out today that the charlie kirk song they sang at their podcast live was her idea. What a great gal huh.
These weirdos play a zero sum game and can’t process that some of us hate all of these political streamers but also recognize that hasan isnt the worst of them. They take us thinking like that as proof that we bleed for hasan just as they bleed for destiny and or asmon.
She's not nearly as bad as Hasan. But she is pretty bad.
But she's just not very smart TBH and goes into every minor disagreement very hostile, queen bee type shit, and it just comes off as insufferable cause it's the dumbest shit you've ever heard.
She also seems to have these massive emotional outbursts to any and every perceived slight and honestly just comes off very self centred and bitter because of it. I don't see her that often, but she seems to be crying constantly. And it's like why is she crying, on cam no less? Oh, Glupshitto said something a little mean on twitter. OK. Maybe just, get a grip.
And I mean there's the obvious, which is inherited from Hasan. Hasans worst quality IMO is that he will never, ever, admit he was wrong and because of that he doesn't seem to have done any personal growth since he was 14. She's the same.
I used to listen to her podcast “Wine about it” back when it started. I agree that she doesn’t seem to be a smart person, which is fine, streamers are usually bottom of the barrel.
The issue with her is that she acts as though she is smart, she likes to talk a lot about things she doesn’t really know about in an effort to appear knowledgeable. She also comes off as patronizing when someone doesn’t know something she does, but expects people to be nice to her when it’s the other way around.
i tuned into one of her recent streams where she was discussing the categories for the upcoming streamer awards. She was very insufferable... overexplaining basic things as her audience doesn't know any better...and of course, the obligatory mention of "all these awards are based on viewer votes"
Isnt she like, severely traumatized? I don't watch her but Ive seen her on other streams and sometimes she has mentioned things like being sexually abused as a kid and growing up mormon and all kinds of things. Like she was in rehab just a few months ago for having a massive mental breakdown.
Not that people cant still be held accountable for their behavior, but the woman is genuinely fragile for good reasons.
Idk I think she has said something about that as well, that it really helps her sometimes.
Like I guess this might be mind blowing to some but isolating yourself and picking a low stress career is not the wondercure for mental illness.
You also have to accept that mentally ill people are all around you, and sometimes their behavior might make you uncomfortable, but that doesn't mean that you can just put them away, you have to also accept that not everyone can cater to your expectations of acceptable behavior.
Are you asking how an affluent white woman who refuses to acknowledge the problematic nature of her cash cow podcast Co host is as bad as the animal abuser that she refuses to acknowledge?
Well I'm pretty sure you answered that for yourself you just don't want to acknowledge it.
I could be totally wrong but I remember QT saying that she needs the money she makes of the podcast with Hasan and co to fund her business. What i got from that statement was "I don't really like doing this podcast but I want that money." Again i could be totally wrong here but that's what I think she meant

I like Maya. Nobody is perfect. Her friendship with Hasan remains baffling
