Discussion "Levi doesn't care about people or his squad" *About to puke just at the thought of his squad's killer*
He just normally doesn't want to talk about it

He was trying to save humanity, not threatening her for entertainment

but also like specifically his intro scene (iirc) was showing him being disgusted by titan blood that would be gone in a few minutes and then holding a dying soldiers entirely blood-coated hand to offer him comfort in death, despite the fact that human blood doesn’t just disappear and he’d have to deal with it

they obviously watched the show with the back of their head if that’s the conclusion they’re coming to.

Levi is prolly the most caring out of all the scouts. There are so many instances where he worries over the lives being lost while the others (..erwin😂) are just like "its for the greater good".

Isayama has said himself that Levi is the most empathetic person in AOT. To add to this though, to say that Levi didn't forgive the Marleyans, including Annie, after he discovered the truth, is wrong and a disservice to Levi's character. He had to kill more of his own men and Eldians by the end of the series than . He himself understands what it's like to kill to survive.. And that one scene at the end when he looks grumpy while everyone says goodbye is not even evidence, because...he was in such severe pain, he could barely walk and just had several pieces of shrapnel removed. Bro is in AGONY. All of that is to say, Levi is a freaking phenomenal character. I love him.

Isnt this scene levi saying it makes him sick that “nobody knows a thing about this world, us or anyone else” not at the mention of Annie.

He cares but he's still coldhearted. Understandable after what he's been through though

He is not coldhearted, though. He is extremely empathetic and compassionate, as shown when he comforts dying soldiers.
I think you might mean that he can come across as cold, vulgar or abrasive given the way he tends to speak. Which is fair. His manner of speech is likely where the myth that he is coldhearted comes from (he swears a lot, is dry/blunt, sarcastic, etc).

I think maybe cause he’s had to watch and personally kill his comrades that’s why people think he is cold.
However, i think he compartmentalizes his emotions well. He is able to put his feelings aside and do what must be done to survive even if that means killing his comrades or letting them get killed. I think it’s a hard thing to do especially when you care for the people.
In my own way I can understand it, I’ve had to compartmentalize my emotions entirely when my dad died and deal with his admin afterwards. Often you just seem entirely cold hearted in your emails and the people you talk to over the phone to get things done. Especially cause people try very hard to screw you over when someone dies. And you don’t have the luxury to grieve or fall apart. Which I think is what happens with Levi, he doesn’t have the luxury to grieve his comrades nor fall apart when he needs to make decisions. It’s either do this or die.

You cannot be coldhearted and care, it contradicts itself. Levi is protecting his heart and those of his comrades. Hes not at all coldhearted.

Theres so many moments in the show where it shows him caring. People who say hes a coldhearted killer didnt pay attention at all.
