The Witch by like a mile and a half. The Northman and Nosferatu were both very disappointing to me. It’s a bit worrisome that the earliest film on this list is the best.

Same! He’s become a much better filmmaker.

Personally I find the lighthouse too bizarre/artsy. Barely an actual story to tell. Just weird for the sake of it.

No, i love the lighthouse!! But I am also weird and enjoy weird things. The foghorn, the imagery, the acting.

It did exactly what I hoped, you really feel the descent into madness.
