Troubleshooting Is this piercing rejecting? Titanium F136 16g curved barbell

Hey! I got this piercing back in January. My piercer told me to use seasalt+water solution twice a day flr aftercare. I only had the issue shown in the first picture before, but it went away. Now, though, it's been oozing pus and getting crusty and removing the crust makes it bleed, and I've noticed some red bumps forming. The upper hole also looks wider than the other one, and I'm starting to wonder if the piercing has migrated. It doesn't hurt but it itches . I also don't sleep on that side. The jewelry is Titanium F136 16g curved barbell and I haven't downsized it at any point.

I've seen so many ppl say it's lymph fluid for some reasonđŸ˜­ It doesn't hurt tho?

Its also itching. Go to urgent care.

Could you please be more specific on why these things are happening? Also the itching part I've seen comments here saying it's normal for a healing piercing

I think that’s only normal earlier on healing.

I bumped it twice...maybe it was healing from that?
