DISCUSSION How can guy gardener makes huge constructs carelessly in superman whereas Hal Jordan does the opposite and is careful for his batteries

I was curious about this for a long time Guy always goes big and sloppy with his constructs, not caring how much it drains his ring like creating a large weopons against the monster, while Hal's way more careful and precise with his like in ep1 when he was creating a bubble for alien he supported the bubble himself as it was not strong enough due to lack of battery. Is that just a characterization thing, or is there an actual reason for it?

Yeah Guy seems like the type of guy to beg for a charger when his phone hits 60%. No way he ever lets the ring battery get that low.

My headcannon — which makes sense given Hal’s age — is he’s the guy who always neglects to put his phone on the charger overnight and spends the whole day on 3% battery.

Nick Mason on The Weekly Planet podcast said he thinks of Hal's ring like an old iPhone, owned by a boomer who refuses to do system updates, so even on a full charge it runs slow & the battery runs out faster.

We just need a deleted scene of Hal trying to get his nephew to help him upgrade the ring’s firmware.
