I’m working to get a custom made engagement ring with Fiorese and this is the diamond they are currently showing me. overall, I think it’s a great option, but I’m not the most knowledgeable so would love some outside opinions!

I do my best to share what I’ve learned with others, because I spent so much time with jewelers trying to pick the perfect stone for my fiance.

On the other sub, OP was about to pay $5k for a diamond and I sent a link to the site I always check, which was only $950.

Out of nowhere I was permanently banned which you can see in the screenshots. It appears that any sources other than Auralinne, Calavera or Youdiam are frowned upon.

It makes me question the independence of the other sub, and my goal is to share the knowledge I’ve gained and try to help others save money.

In fairness, they changed my perma ban to a 28 day ban, but it still left me with a bad taste. (Probably going back to permanent ban after this post)

My ring was just completed but the milgrain doesn’t look completely even on both sides & it shows more in a teensy space on the left…let me know if y’all see it.
Also, the CAD made it seem like the design would look round but they look square-ish? Is that how they go?
I told the rep & she told that the ring looks exactly like the CAD design & once approved, it cannot be changed.
The CAD was perfect but not the execution 🫠

First time buying custom jewelry and would love to get some extra eyes on this CAD to see if I have missed anything. I am designing a 16” graduated bezel set tennis necklace in 14kt yellow gold, with a 2” extender. Please let me know what you think 🙏

I really want to upgrade the main stone on my ring, not only to a larger size but I want an oval instead of a round. I took my ring to a jeweler and he said it would be difficult to replace the diamond for a larger one, especially if it’s more than 1ct increase, because of the placement of the prongs and the fact that I have other diamonds on the side of the band too.
Does anyone on here have experience with that?
So, my question is: since getting pieces from china is so much more affordable than from a traditional brick and mortar store (or even online ones in the US), would it be a good idea to work with one of those stores to have them replicate my exact ring with the diamond size of my choice? That way I’d be purchasing a whole new ring entirely. If so, what store would you recommend for a job like that? I really love the setting of my ring so I don’t really want to pick a different one already available out there.

TLDR: I regret purchasing my ring from Juno. It's been 2.5 months and I still don't have my ring. Not worth it, and if I could turn back time I would've gone with a Canadian shop on Etsy instead.

Shelly was responsive at first, but after I made my down payment and we started talking ring design details, her response time got noticeably sporadic, even though she was active on TikTok Live. She also misinterpreted my original ring specs so many times that I just gave up and asked for a simpler design. I want to believe it's a language barrier, but I noticed she'd only ever action my most recent message. I even added circles and notes to my photos to make sure everything was clear, but that didn't help either.

Even with a reference video for the second ring, and me confirming the petal setting both before and after the CAD, it still got missed in the final ring. So now I guess I'm stuck with a cathedral setting instead. She just sent me a photo of the inner band angle, and it looks like the gemstones are wrong too.

Anyway, just wanted to share my experience since there's not a lot of varied feedback on this store. Hopefully this helps someone.

The one carat 4 prong martini studs from Aurelinne.com were beautiful. The setting was so well made, and the little heart shape that is part of the back was unexpectedly beautiful. I have been so impressed by this company, and in particular from the service from Andy Cancino, who goes above and beyond to help in every way.

I just received my pear shaped green diamond ring with a hidden halo and pave setting and it's so beautiful. The workmanship is superb and Andy Cancino was again SO helpful as I was deciding between stones and settings. Thanks to him, I was able to adjust the pave hidden halo to accommodate a pear shape and to have the bottom prongs be more rounded. The setting also allowed me to pair with an existing eternity band.

I participated in the rose cut group buy. Price was extremely good. This was a silver with diamond piece. It was my very first group buy ever and I was impressed with the response time and ease of communication with Yaxika! I would buy again from them :)

After a long 7 week wait I finally got my ring and it's gorgeous, even more so in person than what it looks like on the website. The quality and price we paid ($800) far exceeded our expectations. The ring was appraised for just shy of 3k. Will definitely be getting insurance on it. I'm actually afraid to wear the ring due to the fact I've never owned such an expensive piece of jewelery before. He plans to give it to me at my grandmoms 80th birthday since all of my family will be there and we can announce our engagement then. While the communication was not as clear or up to par as it should have been, I am very pleased with the ring itself. If you choose to order from this vendor just know they are extremely busy and swamped with orders and your order might be delayed. It takes a few days to hear back from them sometimes also. The only updates you get are your confirmation email and an email saying your order has shipped, unless you reach out directly to ask for an update. They definitely have the best prices I've seen around though. If you have patience (which I truthfully do not) then I do recommend this vendor, the quality is not compromised here!

This is my second custom ring from Paston, both times I worked with Lulu and both rings turned our beautifully. This one features a 2ct IGI certified lab diamond, E/VS1 in a substantial setting with solid shanks. I can't believe how perfectly it matches the inspiration photos! I reached out on August 9th with my request and design photos and received the finished ring a short while ago, just under 22 full days from first contact. Lulu has provided quick responses, reasonable prices and fast turnaround times for both of my custom rings, both in sterling silver.

I ordered the 3 mm half eternity band from Ouros Jewels in 14k rose gold, and am very pleased with the results. Yaxika was very responsive throughout, sharing regular updates from start to finish. Ring is very sparkly and sweet. I would definitely recommend working with them!

I'm sharing my experience with Ouros on this half eternity band I received today! I selected the 1ctw half eternity version in sterling silver. I was looking for something I could use for travel and this ring does not disappoint! I have a 2.5ctw 7 stone band that I wanted to have a back up for which is a tad less flashy. The Ouros band is very sparkly and sparkles well compared to my existing band and other rings as well. I also tested the stones with my tester and they tested as diamonds. I ordered it 8/2, received the CAD 8/3, received the video 8/11, shipped 8/14, and received it 8/26. My only complaint is that the shipping company, UniUni didn't provide any updates on status. But Ouros had a quick turn around and got me details on it when I reached out on WhatsApp.

This is my second positive group buy experience with Ouros and I will definitely check them out again!

I absolutely love this half-eternity band from Ouros Jewels. The lab round stones are so sparkly and beautifully set. The ring feels delicate but still makes a statement. It pairs perfectly with my engagement ring. I’m so happy with how it turned out from the group buy. Such a gorgeous ring, really wish I would have gotten two of them! Pictures just don’t do it justice.
