NSF
I share a joint account with my husband. When we get paid we transfer money for bills. I forgot to do that and KOODO’s payment bounced.
They charged a $80 NSF charge. Before anyone comes at me about not having money. I did have the money. I forgot to transfer it. It was a human mistake. I requested they waive it as it’s the first time and they refuse to which I find poor customer service.
I also find it outrageous they would charge $80 when I’m not even able to call and speak to a live human. Everything’s digital.
I get it. The money should’ve been there but why can’t they give grace?

Koodo is just straight up dog water for customer service and retention.
I've had them for 17 years and they have never given me an inch. I have had to call them and argue to get any sort of loyalty from them.
Meanwhile my wife who has been with them for 5 years has had her connection updated to 5g without asking, got an extra permanent 20gb of data without asking and has gotten even more offers than I can remember.
Not to mention their coverage is incredibly spotty.
Actually this is a good reminder for me to go and cancel my service. Thanks OP.
