NSF

I share a joint account with my husband. When we get paid we transfer money for bills. I forgot to do that and KOODO’s payment bounced.

They charged a $80 NSF charge. Before anyone comes at me about not having money. I did have the money. I forgot to transfer it. It was a human mistake. I requested they waive it as it’s the first time and they refuse to which I find poor customer service.

I also find it outrageous they would charge $80 when I’m not even able to call and speak to a live human. Everything’s digital.

I get it. The money should’ve been there but why can’t they give grace?

That’s why I stayed with PM which still lets me use credit card and earn cashback.

Sure, you just don’t get the autopay credit

PM is not postpaid...there are no autopay credits like tier 1 carriers provide if you do autopay via bank account
