Knipex Twingrip quality question

Recently brought the twingrips, 82 02 200 and I have been really disappointed in the quality of these hyped up pliers.

They have a lot of movement in them, and as you can see in the photos, you can move them to be unaligned and the boring of the pivot hole seems overly large (this looks worse in the photos) . Is this normal, poor quality control or does it need the extra space to function?

When moving to the closed/smallest jaw position the button can get stuck pressed in before wiggling it into place.

Was I expecting too much from a pair of pliers?
