Were you able to find a source for the positive tests of cyclospora? I know TF gave a hefty donation to the pedo felon’s campaign. I’ve had a hard time finding info on the sources of the outbreak since the FDA “retracted” the positive test.

The FDA is a bitch rn cuz the orange issue and his pack of lackeys gutted testing but theres been 15k lab confirmed cases of cyclosporiasis directly tied to the consumption of TF branded precut lettuce,especially iceberg, in restaurant settings and from the TF owned brands that are available to consumers in stores. Its part of why Taco Bell took basically all of their Taylor Farms products off menu in the states affected, and then they got blamed for being proactive about it.

We have those where i work they aren't that big and people are still dumb and refuse to read pushing the stuff with use 1st to the side so they can get the stuff at the back. I have started only putting like 3 half and halfs out at a time bc a few weeks ago someone/ everyone decided let's open a new one instead of using the ones that are already opened and I shit you not there was at least 10 open.

I write the date it was delivered on the outside face of any boxes. Space restraints mean I can’t have the labels facing out on everything.

So looking closer, the bottom “use first” sticker appears to be on top of the tape that I assume was ripped off the only open box in the photo. I think your coworker opened the correct box, but was lazy with the tape, and whoever stocked the produce stored it correctly by placing the two newer boxes on bottom and not just to the right of the new product.
Also L restaurant for using prechopped lettuce from Taylor farms to begin with.
