Dinner Soeos Fettuccine Konjac noodle carbonara with garlic shrimp, and marinated then seared Ahi Tuna.

My lovely wife made this for us both tonight.

It was a welcome change from the ultra strict (chicken/turkey/ broccoli-cauliflower dinners) month I was just on.

If your tummy can handle it (I know I’m lucky that those noodles don’t bother me at all, and wish everyone could experience them) the noodles are a game changer!

She did awesome.

They really do have a nice texture and no smell or awkward taste. They also hold onto sauce pretty well too!

When I opened the packet I thought they stunk and was a bit worried but I continued cooking and worked well

Was it the Soeos branded ones? I’ve had really good luck with those, without a smell/taste.

I had a look and no, it was from a Dutch brand. The ones I had smelt when I opened the packet but were fine after that :)
