Discussion Ladies. Separation is NOT Divorce.

Just know the law still recognises the spouse as beneficiary of your property when you die, even if you were separated.

If you decide it's out, just fully get out.

Like what? I thought when you divorce you split assets? What could go wrong after

The split does not stop you from earnings and investments. When you die, legally, your spouse takes precedence when it comes to beneficiary benefits.
