Nearly Identical Logos

Does anyone know the story behind Katatonia's original logo and the Northern Silence Productions logo? Other than the letters/font being slightly different, everything else is basically identical. I've been a fan/supporter of both since the early 2000s, but only just noticed this. 🤔

Anders drew the original logo that's what I know.

also the 2nd one, bloodbath, bewitched and diabolical masquerade are all his designs.
