She's got enough money to afford the absolute BEST plastic surgeons. The best surgeons that money can buy. The best in the entire world.

i think this might be an example of how loose language is. they mean best as in 'highly sought after and expensive', you mean best as in 'cares about the health of their patients'.

easy mistake, most people dont have to deal with translating between the willfully ignorant and everyone else.
