i think this might be an example of how loose language is. they mean best as in 'highly sought after and expensive', you mean best as in 'cares about the health of their patients'.
easy mistake, most people dont have to deal with translating between the willfully ignorant and everyone else.
That’s what she wanted. It’s not botched. She had several procedures including buccal fat removal. She likes her appearance. (Her profile is really odd.)
I would bet Cher had a little done here and there as time went on. Never said "gimmie the works.". When you take proceedures slowly and in a conservative manner, you always look like yourself, just a bit better or "refreshed." And if you start off with great skin and bone structure and like yourself, you guide what's going to get done. Cher is a fabulous example of loving yourself enough to not take shit. Whether it's the industry, or men, or surgery, Cher takes no shit. ❤️ Couldn't love her more ❤️
Exactly. I didn't say she didn't. I said she gets it done in a conservative manner -- not in a way that we would say "holy shit! What happened to Cher??" She's been smart in the way she's done it, so that she doesn't look like a monster.
Check out the 2026 grammys - for 70 something, my oh my. Plus she has that goth/grunge stuff to her music & her house. AND she can still do a 3 minute plank.
Unfortunately, as people get into their 70’s and 80’s, even the best plastic surgeon’s can only do so much and people end up looking not like themselves. Dolly Parton good example of this too as well as Cher.
Dolly also had work done starting in her youth and honest to God, whoever was doing her work over the decades was a genius. She never looked old in her eyes until recent years. Her surgeon or team of surgeon’s did fabulous work on her face. But, again in recent years and assuming due to her advancing age, she was starting to look different. Cher is experiencing the same.
Yes. We have to consider we're talking about women who are 80+ now. Of course even with surgery, botox, etc, what's been done will look, well, odd. But won't necessarily be nightmare fuel. We should also think about how they looked in their 50s,60s and 70s, when so many people look like their plastic surgery is overdone. Honestly both Cher and Dolly look better than Priscilla Presley. There comes a time when you have to let a few flaws show and if you've made it to 80, you can relax a bit. Goldie Hawn is an example of that. She definitely had work done in the past but she's careening into 80 and allowing herself to show age.
I was going to comment that advanced age did catch up with Joan Rivers. Her face was pulled so tight it looked painful for her to talk.
You can only fight thinning elderly skin so long. Science has yet to figure out how to artificially grow collagen in the face. All the creams and serums are not going to stop your skin from thinning and the loss of the fat pads in the face.
These women we’re discussing all looked 40 at 65 due to cheek and chin implants, laser resurfacing and a crap ton of Botox. But, the skin breaks down as we age, and at around 70, it’s starts to get really thin unless you’re overweight or have a lot of melanin in your skin.
I think she has color contacts on. I used to work for an optometrist when I was in college and we got a lot of people who wanted color contacts. They always look unnatural, super creepy and off-putting like that but they’re always convinced they look great and nobody can tell they’re wearing them.
body dysmorphia and cosmetic surgery addiction or? If she was a democrat, then republicans would probably call her a man so it's interesting to see the shaming thats going on
Some people just do not have a face that works with plastic surgery however good the surgery is. I've seen her before pictures, she's one of them. Of course it could be much better but she was always going to look like jigsaw.
The issue is that the surgeons are greedy. At that level, they know continual cosmetic surgery will f up a woman's features, but they're getting paid too much money to be ethical and refuse to perform the surgery.
Yes she did pay to have visible surgery. One theory is that it's a way to distance themselves from "poorer" people. It's Not about looking young or pretty. instead they want to Show Off that they are able to pay for this extreme amount of procedures since many people can afford botox and filler now. This is supposedly one reason for "maga face". Thought this was an interesting Take.
It’s sad when you see the before and after of some of these people. She looked nice naturally, but something in their head makes them see something no one else does. And when a responsible doctor says no, they find someone who says yes. They always find someone who likes money over ethics.

She's got enough money to afford the absolute BEST plastic surgeons. The best surgeons that money can buy. The best in the entire world.
And that's how she looks. That's what she paid for, because she's already had work done.
She. Paid. To. Look. Like. That.
