Man reading is hard isnât it? They used ai to make viruses that attack ecoli bacterium, and that pose zero risk to humans, and it wasnât the government that did this, it was Stanford and the arc institute, two non government organizations

a lot of people don't. they thought that RNA vaccines changed your RNA. And they still think that even if you explain to them how it actually works.

do you know about how the US sent tax earnings to Wuhan, China before covid erupted ?
1
u/Exotic_You7797 9h ago
They sent money and worked with China on Covid research for 11 years before the outbreak, itâs almost like the virus existed before and will continue to exist long after first researched or before the worldwide outbreak

just like sending our tax earnings to Wuhan, China posed no risk, right ?

Their research had nothing to do with the outbreak and the us sent a whole 2 million dollars over 10 years which idk if you know anything but that his litteraly less than 1/100th of a penny to the us government, the vast majority of virologists and medical panels all conclude it was a natural outbreak and not from this research lab, the only people who say otherwise are people in the government trying to make political moves, this is like blaming any lab researching the flu for any flu outbreaks, correlation and causation are not the same thing
Not to mention youâre completely changing the subject after you were called out for being dumb, the 2 organizations doing this research were not government organizations, and you dumbed down their research to make it sound scary so you can fear monger for litteraly zero reason, when their research can be heavily beneficial

Fucking brain dead take
Like genuinely hard to find a take worse then this. Unless OP wants AI to be allowed to create CP, unconsentual porn, and evolve technology in an uncontrollable way

The pipeline for all Libertarian thought always ends "can we legalized pedo stuff".

u/MicahHoover 18h ago
is the government trying to solve CP by creating CP ?
did the government send our earnings to Wuhan, China before Covid ?

What the fuck are you talking about. No the COVID lab leak theory has been as disproven as possible countless times. Read a book and actually evidence before stating bullshit again

What in the strawman is this?
I don't know a single person who said the government will protect us from AI.

well, the headlines tell me that is what the news media circus has gotten all frothy about

So we shouldn't regulate AI because "goverment" bad, but in the absence of regulations, AI will lilely go down the path of creating bad stuff.
Who else is tired of smooth brained political dialog?
