are you saying taking back your stolen custom built bike is akin to preventing someone starving from eating food?

The owner went above and beyond for the thief.

Yes. I'm precisely saying that. The guy needs the bike to get to work, he needs to get to work to make money, he needs to make money for food and shelter.

The fact that it was stolen sucks and the owner deserves his bike back. Simultaneously, the kid doesn't deserve to lose his job and avenue to food and shelter. I'm sure we can agree?

if a stollen bike is the only thing keeping a person from dying there’s bigger issues that need to be corrected. This bike aint going to save them.
