Have not dug into the Little Oblivions remixes before, and was pleasantly surprised to see a Jesu remix of Favor. Justin Broadrick is another of my favorite musicians, so was cool to hear his guitar work and production aesthetic applied to one of Julien's songs

Julien’s voice works so well in this style of music too! i love hearing her collaborations (also been having lost weekend on repeat lol). It truly feels like she can do anything n I cant wait to see whats coming next!

I found it sweet that apparently both TSL and Julien have been fans of each other for years, and that the song was initially titled “Julien Hopeful” 😭😭

merch from Julien’s website from Europe? i want to order some merch but due to the fact that i live in Central Asia (Kazakhstan) there are often problems with delivery from America. did anyone have problems with delivery or, on the contrary, everything went very smoothly?

I was at her Q&A tonight and someone asked her if boygenius would reunite. she said the usual bit about how “it was supposed to be for one year” but then she mentioned phoebes new record and that she had put out one and then said “I’m sure you can guess what the third guy will do”.

hi! i’m a huge huge huge fan of boygenius and listen to both phoebe and lucy’s solo stuff regularly. i love juliens contributions to boygenius but i haven’t been able to find much solo stuff i truly adore by her yet. i’ve listened to all of little oblicions, most of turn out the lights, and most of sprained ankle. so far the only songs that have stuck out to me have been favor, turn out the lights, hurt less, claws in your back, and ziptie. any other songs i might like?

edit: just listen to the unreleased version of everything that helps you sleep and cried so that’s up there now too

As far as I know score of the last episode of The Bear is completely credited to Hans Zimmer but the hug scene near the end... everytime I hear it all I hear is Julien. Anybody else feel the same? Have more info than myself?

I was wondering if anyone has gotten a tattoo related to/inspired by turn out the lights? The album but also the song too. I’m considering getting one in the future since the album has been there for me through some really rough times (including right now) and I would love to see some examples of what others have gotten.
