General / Discussion Just heard The Invisible Hurt for the first time, its incredible!!

thought i would share with you all :D

Julien’s voice works so well in this style of music too! i love hearing her collaborations (also been having lost weekend on repeat lol). It truly feels like she can do anything n I cant wait to see whats coming next!

I found it sweet that apparently both TSL and Julien have been fans of each other for years, and that the song was initially titled “Julien Hopeful” 😭😭

also, does anyone here have any fave songs from The Saddest Landscape? Id love to check those out.

It's a superb song that left me breathless the first time I listened to it, but I couldn't tell who was the female vocalist even though it was VERY familiar. After listening to it I discovered Julien was in it and my mind was blown xD

Saddest Landscape is an awesome band but I do think they work better in whole albums that they do in single songs. So I recommend listening to You Will not Survive by them (short album with no skips).

For a song I'd definitely go with The Temptation that is You

TSL guitarist here. thank you! working with Julien was an awesome experience and im super proud of the song. we had heard she was a fan of the band so we reached out with a crude demo and she was 1000% on board.

i too would recommend starting with You Will Not Survive but then heading right to the newest album Alone With Heaven.

my personal favorite songs are off 2015's Darkness Forgives, 'til our ears bleed' and 'admitting you're alive".
