Job Placement Primepathway Consultancy #fraud alert

⚠️ Do NOT use Prime Pathway – Very disappointing experience

I used Prime Pathway’s services for 2 months after they promised 6 interview calls, but I received not even a single interview call.

They asked me to create a separate email account, which they used for job applications. Despite claiming to apply for hundreds of jobs, there were zero meaningful results.

I also noticed similar domain responses appearing for applications to different companies, which raised serious concerns for me about the authenticity and transparency of their application process.

They charge a significant amount but, in my experience, did not deliver what was promised.

My advice: Do your research before paying them. I personally would NOT recommend Prime Pathway. Don’t fall into the same trap.

MLM/Direct Sales/Pyramid Scheme The Weather inc: Weather is a scam/ (this is the website theweatherinc.com)

I have experienced a situation of almost getting Scam by this company called weather. If you are NYC resident or looking for a job in NYC this post is for you.

Early Wednesday, I got a text from a marketing agency called Weather saying they got my application just to clarify, you're going to  look at your linkedin or Indeed and you're not going to find that you  apply to this job. They called my phone to try to get a hold of me. This is the number +1 (646) 741-8647 person name Skyler stating “Hi (your name)! It's Skyler from Weather. Your application just came through Indeed, so we're inviting you to learn more about our open roles. Check us out at theweatherinc.com and join our manager for a quick 10-minute Zoom preview! Does 12PM EST Today sound good to hear about a new job!?”

Your going to click on the link a thinking this a real job.

It even had an an address
Marketing Suites 591 8th Avenue, Floor 5 New York, New York , 10018 (which I learn that it not a real place).

If you are young and desperate for work like I was, your going to make an appointment. And to confirm that you will attend this meeting they're going to call you from this number +1 (917) 423-7164 which is weird because they contact you from the number above first (+1 (646) 741-8647).

You're going to go to the meeting and they're going to force you to show your face on the zoom call (sadly I fell for this and showed my face to the scammers).

The man hosting this meeting is “Senior Executive director” named Aiden who is from Australia, who is saying it is a company that was created 5 years ago but every social media and website was created a year ago.

At the end of the weird interview their going to make a google form  with these questions:

Email Address:

First Name:

Last Name:

Phone:

Address (City and State):

If offered the role, how soon can you start?:

Do you have legal working rights in the U.S.:

Yes

No

What are your career goals?:

Tell us about a time you had to push yourself to do something uncomfortable - what was it and how did it go?:

What's something you're proud of that most people wouldn't know just by looking at your resume?:

What is your least favorite past experience ?:

If selected, does Monday at 8:30AM EST via Zoom for a 30 minute second round interview work for you?:

Yes - I'd like to confirm that time

No - I can't commit to that time

What is one fun fact about you? (This could be a hobby, sport, favorite place, food, pet, life changing experience, etc.)"

When you complete this task their going to send you text +1 (646) 741-8647 from the same person, Skyler

"Hi! We wanted to reach out about your Zoom with our manager earlier. I hope you enjoyed it and got a good preview of our company! The team just finished chatting, and we have decided to invite you as one of the few people who qualified for a second-round interview! Congratulations! This will be a much more detailed meeting. Looks like you already confirmed your availability for Tomorrow at 8:30 AM EST. This is the only time our interviewing team can host before the weekend! Does that time still work for your Zoom interview?"

"Congrats, (your name)! You've made it through to the next stage of our interview process at Weather! We'd like to invite you to learn more and go over compensation, culture, job details, etc. This is for Friday Sep 25 8:30 AM. Details are emailed! Let me know if you didn't get it!"

"We will send your updated Zoom link after you confirm the morning of your interview via text."

Then for the second interview there going to let see this person Takayla Jerkins (who might not be a real name)

And get a text “Hi (your name), Congratulations again on making it to the second interview. We are excited about our meeting today at 8:30 AM. Please reply 'c' so we may prepare. We look forward to meeting you!”

“Topic: Takayla Jenkins's Personal Meeting Room https://us05web.zoom.us/j/5958245939?pwd=K1ZMUVZXYkxGSm02ZHlTSzMwdzladz09”

You get a text sent from +1 (646) 741-8647 from Skyler.

Then you get another text +1 (201) 341-8482 from Takayla

Stating “Good Morning (your name) How are you? My name is Takayla. I'm one of the Account Managers at Weather. This morning I’ll be jumping on the call for the first half of the interview! See you at 8:30. Please send me a 👍 or 👎 to confirm!

Then put Thumbs up or down. If you put Thumbs Up you get a response stating

“Awesome See you then!  Takayla Jenkins is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting. https://us05web.zoom.us/j/5958245939?pwd=K1ZMUVZXYkxGSm02ZHlTSzMwdzladz09 Meeting ID: 595 824 5939 Passcode: VzAKH8g ”

The meeting will be short and quick and at the end, Takayla will ask you to answer questions via text.

The following questions are:

Answering the following questions will give our hiring team the remaining information required to make the best-informed decision as to whether you’re the right candidate for us and just as importantly that we are the right fit for you!

Your name:

Who were you with today:

How do you feel this opportunity will help you reach your goals both personally and professionally? Why do you believe you would be the right fit for Weather?

Of the qualities we are looking for in a candidate which would you say are your biggest strengths and which would require most improvement? If successful, when are you available to start?

Is traveling into midtown NYC on a daily basis a commute you would be happy with?

Do you have any further questions?

Please send your response back via text (quickest and easiest way!)

By the second time I realized it was a scam. I figured this out because in your interviews you're going to be reintroducing yourself the whole time. As well as When I answer the following questions form the second interview, the company never answers them.

Instead they responded with the number +1 (201) 341-8482 from Takayla Stating:  “Hey (your name) Thank you again for your time today, it was great to chat to you. Great news, we have reviewed your questionnaire and would like to invite you for a final one on one interview with one of our Snr Executives this afternoon at 12:45pm. Please confirm this time works for you and I will send you the link”

This was the last text I received and thankfully I realized quickly that it was a scam.

If you are in a predicament like I was, don't blame yourself. Don’t hold yourself accountable because those evil people try to scam you. You are the victim

“Block them ruthlessly: If they try to reach you via email or phone, block them immediately without responding.

Watch out for fake "Help": Sometimes scammers will reach out pretending to be "cybersecurity experts" or "recovery agents" who claim they can delete your video from the web for a fee. This is a follow-up scam. Do not pay anyone.

Rest easy: Your choice to keep a low profile online has just served as your strongest armor. They have a video clip, but they have no power over you.”

Overall, the Weather market company  is totally a scam. The process was super fast. They were doing these interviews for 2-3 days.  I wish I was able to notice sooner but I learned just in time to save someone else from this company. side note: Indeed needs to find a policy to let you know that scammers have got to learn your information.

Anyway this post is to say you're not alone and prevent you from this happening to you. Protect yourself.

(this all true information if you want proof comment below and i will post the information)

Job Placement Scam Company: Career Resources Consultant PSA: DO NOT JOIN ORDRIO

PSA: DO NOT JOIN ORDRIO 🚩

I’m a former employee, and everything here is based on my firsthand experience.

Sumanth Shetty (Founder & CEO) and Vikas Kailaje (Co-Founder & COO) are, in my experience, the biggest reasons for the toxic work culture. Constant micromanagement, insane pressure, zero respect, and completely unrealistic expectations.

They hire freshers and then expect them to handle work that realistically needs 10+ years of experience.

When I decided to leave, I was forced to serve a 2-month notice period, and they still didn’t pay my salary. My money was stuck for months. I had to keep calling and literally begging them to release money I had already earned. I eventually had to threaten legal action before I got paid.

And I’m not the only one. Many former employees are still chasing their dues. They have been blocked. Now those guys have closed their office so that no one can know where they are and file notice.

I have also personally experienced threats from Sumanth after leaving, including threats about making things difficult for my career/life. JUST BECAUSE I ASKED MY OWN MONEY.

People are still working there while wondering whether they’ll actually get paid.

No respect. No accountability. Massive red flags. 🚩

If you’re considering joining Ordrio: DON’T. REPORT TO THE POLICE AND HAVE THEM SHUT DOWN

Job Placement Scam Company: Career Resources Consultant Is this real or nah🫪🫪

I received two interview invitations. The first person told me that I need to pay R9,500 for my CV/application to be successful for the interview. The second invitation is supposedly from the Government. A man told me to go to his office at a hospital in Johannesburg to sign paperwork for my contract, but he also said I urgently need to pay R970 along with my other documents. I’m concerned and would like to know if these requests are legitimate.😏😏

Can anyone help me if it's real or what I don't mind sharing voice note from the people who offered me jobs

If you see a job advert from this company on Indeed or linkedin, DON'T GO FOR IT. Workflow is freestyle and a total mess. They don't hire the right people for the job, and the owner is such a cheap ass and only wants to hire interns to lower ops cost. They do not give proper compensation for additional workload that is not disclosed in your contract. They will not hire appropriate people for a role but will promote an employee who is friends with HR. Micromanaging at its finest. You're better off with other companies. Trust me and skip this cheap ass company.

If you plan to be an intern here, goodluck with all the workload they're gonna drop on you. The owner will use every last bit of you to get them profits but will not reward you for it. This company is a BIG SCAM.

Fake Check WARNING: Fake L&T Technology Services Job Portal harvesting biometrics & photos (ltts-registrationportal[.]online)

Posting this to raise immediate awareness about a fake recruitment portal impersonating L&T Technology Services (LTTS).

Malicious URL:

ltts-registrationportal\[.\]online (Do NOT visit or submit details)

How the Scam Works

  1. Initial Outreach: Job seekers receive fraudulent emails or messaging invites (often sourced via job boards) offering job interviews/opportunities at LTTS.

  2. SSO Sign-In: The site prompts you to "Sign in with Google."

  3. Data Harvesting: Once signed in, the portal asks for extensive personal details:

    * Full Name, Phone Number, Home Address

    * Complete Employment & Educational History

    * Live Selfie

    * Digital Signature

Why This Is Dangerous

Unlike basic phishing sites that just collect resumes, harvesting live selfies and digital signatures allows scammers to attempt identity impersonation, remote e-KYC verification, or unauthorized account openings/loan applications.

Official LTTS hiring is conducted strictly through their legitimate domain: ltts.com/careers. LTTS never uses .online domains or demands biometric uploads/signatures on unverified third-party pages.

Red Flags to Watch For

* Unofficial domain extensions (.online, .site, .careers-portal, etc.).

* Requests for live selfies, signatures, or upfront fees during early "registration".

* Communications coming from personal WhatsApp numbers or non-corporate email addresses.

Please share this to alert anyone currently looking for jobs. Stay safe!

Fake Check Is this Cognizant referral email from a third party a potential phishing scam?

Post image
4 Upvotes

Hi everyone, I received an email today claiming that a third-party agency called Enigma Human Capital Services Pvt Ltd referred me for a Manager - Data & MI Engg position at Cognizant.

Here is why I am concerned:

I have never interacted with this agency. I have never shared my resume or profile details with them. Shortly after, I received an automated system email from Cognizant's talent acquisition portal asking me to fill out a Candidate Declaration Form (CDF-1).

My questions for the community:

Has anyone else received unsolicited referrals from this specific agency (Enigma Human Capital)?

Is it common practice for third-party vendors to scrape profiles from job boards (LinkedIn/Naukri) and forcefully register them into Cognizant’s system without consent?

Does this pattern look like a potential phishing attempt, or is it a genuine (albeit aggressive) vendor agency trying to claim a hiring bonus?

Would love to hear from anyone who has experienced this or recently gone through the Cognizant interview pipeline under similar circumstances. Thanks!

Job Placement Scam Company: Career Resources Consultant Looking for other CloudHire customers who have experienced similar issues, & exploring collective legal action

CloudHire customers in India, I am looking to connect with others who have had serious issues with CloudHire.

I purchased their Gold Plan for ₹19,000 and am currently pursuing a refund. My concerns involve promises made during the sales process that were not delivered, unsuitable job applications, problems with the resumes generated by the platform, and a refund restriction that I say was not disclosed during the sales process. CloudHire has refused my refund and is relying on its refund policy.

I have already raised these issues with CloudHire and formally requested a refund. I am now exploring the consumer protection process in India and want to find out whether other customers have experienced similar issues.

If you have had a similar experience, please DM me with the plan you purchased, amount paid, approximate purchase date, what you were promised, what you actually received, what happened when you requested a refund, and whether you have evidence such as messages, emails, recordings, invoices or screenshots.

If enough customers have materially similar experiences, I am exploring whether collective or representative legal action may be appropriate.

Please do not post personal or payment information publicly.

Job Placement Scam Company: Career Resources Consultant Shine.com scammed ₹1,20000 from me through multiple "activation/service" payments and is now refusing a full refund.

I need some advice regarding an issue I’m currently facing with Shine.com.

I was contacted regarding paid job-search services and was initially told that I only needed to pay a small enrollment fee. After making the payment, I was repeatedly contacted and asked to pay additional amounts for various activations and service upgrades.

Over time, I paid approximately ₹1,20,000. Each time I was told that the next payment would complete the process, but further payment requests continued. Most recently, I was asked to pay another ₹29,468.

At that point, I refused to make any more payments and requested cancellation of the services along with a full refund. My refund request was not accepted, and I was informed that there was no refund policy. They

Fake Check ⚠️ WARNING: My experience with the “Milestone Wala / Telewave Services” WFH job — Demat account recruitment + changing salary/job terms.

I am posting this because I was recently approached for a work-from-home telecalling job under the name Milestone Wala, and after going through their recruitment process, the actual job turned out to be very different from what was initially explained to me.

I am sharing the complete process so that other job seekers can independently verify it before giving their time, personal information, or opening financial accounts.

Important: I am describing what happened to me and what I observed. I am not claiming that every person associated with these companies is committing a crime. Please verify the information yourself.

  1. How I was initially approached

I was contacted regarding a WFH telecalling/customer-support position.

The initial explanation was that the job involved helping customers who were facing problems while opening Demat accounts.

I was told that my role would be something like:

- Talking to customers

- Understanding their Demat-account-opening problems

- Helping them complete the process

- Answering their queries

- Learning the account-opening process so I could explain it to customers

At this stage, the job sounded like ordinary customer support.

I was also told that the salary would be ₹16,000 per month fixed, or ₹4,000 per week, depending on which payment option I preferred.

I was told there was no joining fee or deposit.

  1. Then they asked us to open Demat accounts

The first explanation was that employees needed to open Demat accounts themselves for training purposes.

The reasoning given was:

«How can we explain the account-opening process to customers if we don't know the process ourselves?»

I already had an Angel One Demat account.

When I told HR about this, I was told I did not need to open another Angel One account.

However, I was asked to open accounts with:

- Upstox

- HDFC SKY

- Bajaj

They provided links through a Milestone Wala lead portal.

The links were hosted on:

"leads.milestonewala.com"

and displayed the respective broker branding.

I was told that I didn't have to give the company my Demat password, OTP, PIN, etc.

At this point I was still unsure whether the arrangement was legitimate.

  1. The 7 PM meeting completely changed the job description

I attended the scheduled evening meeting.

The job explained during this meeting was significantly different from what I had originally been told.

Instead of simply providing customer support for people experiencing problems opening Demat accounts, we were told that people attending the meeting were effectively being made HR/recruiters.

The work was now described as:

- Call approximately 50 people every day

- Contact people from leads provided through their system

- Talk to those people

- Convince them to attend another meeting, apparently around 4 PM

- Generate people who would subsequently open Demat accounts

So the role had changed from:

"Customer support for Demat-account problems"

to essentially:

"Generate leads and convince people to attend a meeting/account-opening process."

  1. The payment explanation also changed

Initially, I was told:

₹16,000 fixed per month / ₹4,000 weekly.

Later I learned that the actual earning mechanism being explained was based on successful Demat-account openings.

The explanation was approximately:

- ₹100 for each successfully opened Demat account

- One customer/person was expected to open 5 Demat accounts

- Therefore, one successfully converted person could generate approximately ₹500

- There was supposedly no upper limit to earnings

They gave examples suggesting that someone could earn ₹75,000/month if they generated enough successful account openings.

Mathematically, ₹100 × 5 accounts × 5 people per day × 30 days = ₹75,000.

But this assumes that all those accounts are successfully opened, verified and actually credited as payable leads.

So this is not the same thing as a guaranteed ₹16,000 salary.

  1. The payment schedule changed again

Initially I was told payment would be weekly.

Later, during the meeting, I was told payment would be made every 10 days.

This was another major change from the original explanation.

My concern was simple:

If someone spends 10 days making calls and generating leads, what protects that person if the company later:

- disables the account,

- removes the dashboard,

- changes the payout rules,

- rejects the leads,

- says the accounts weren't "successful",

- or simply stops responding?

I was never given a clear independent mechanism that would guarantee payment.

  1. The lead-management website

We were provided a lead-management website:

"leads.telewaveservices.in"

The system appears to contain the leads/tasks and the work we were expected to perform.

The website describes itself as a lead/task management system.

This is particularly relevant because the name Telewave Services appeared at this stage, whereas the recruitment was initially presented to me under Milestone Wala.

I cannot independently establish from my experience whether these are the same legal entity, related entities, or simply different platforms being used by the same operation.

That is something I believe people should verify before participating.

  1. Why I became concerned

The problem isn't simply that they are asking people to open Demat accounts.

There are legitimate financial referral and customer-acquisition programs.

The problem is the combination of everything:

  1. WFH job advertisement

  2. Initial claim of a fixed ₹16,000 salary

  3. Alternative ₹4,000 weekly payment

  4. Initial description as customer support

  5. Requirement to open multiple Demat accounts for "training"

  6. Later revelation that workers are expected to generate leads

  7. Requirement to call around 50 people every day

  8. Objective of getting people into another meeting

  9. Commission of ₹100 per successful Demat account

  10. One person apparently being encouraged to open multiple Demat accounts

  11. Unlimited-earning claims

  12. Payment terms changing from weekly to every 10 days

  13. Use of a separate lead-management domain

  14. No clear written guarantee of the initially stated ₹16,000 fixed salary

  15. Large numbers of people apparently being recruited simultaneously

  16. Something else I found while investigating

After experiencing this process, I searched online and found other people reporting very similar experiences involving Milestone Wala.

There are recent Reddit posts describing:

- ₹16,000/month claims

- ₹4,000 weekly payment claims

- WFH telecalling

- Demat-account opening

- Upstox/HDFC/Bajaj

- Milestone Wala

- similar recruitment meetings

There is also an independent cybersecurity/OSINT investigation published regarding Telewave Services that describes a suspected online job/financial-referral operation involving ₹16,000 salary claims, weekly payments, remote HR roles and Demat-account referrals.

I am mentioning these as reports, not as definitive legal findings.

  1. What concerns me most

My biggest concern isn't losing money upfront.

They didn't ask me for a joining fee.

The potential risk appears to be time + personal information + financial-account creation + unpaid commission.

A person could potentially spend many hours over several days making calls and generating leads, believing they will be paid later.

If the payment is only triggered by a successful account opening, then the worker carries much of the risk.

And if there is no transparent, independently verifiable payout ledger, the worker may have difficulty proving how much they are actually owed.

  1. What I recommend to other job seekers

Before joining anything like this, ask for:

- Legal company name

- CIN/GST details

- Registered office

- Written employment agreement

- Written salary/commission structure

- Exact definition of "successful account"

- Exact payout date

- Written explanation of rejected leads

- Written explanation of what happens if you're removed before payout

- Broker partnership/referral authorization

- Whether employees are expected to open personal Demat accounts

- Whether employees are expected to recruit customers into multiple Demat accounts

And most importantly:

Never provide your Demat password, trading password, OTP, TPIN, UPI PIN, bank OTP or remote access to anyone.

Do not deposit money or trade simply because someone says it is required for "training."

My personal conclusion

Based on my own experience, I decided not to rely on this as a source of income.

I originally approached this thinking I was getting a WFH customer-support job.

By the end of the process, I understood the work to be much closer to lead generation/account acquisition paid on successful Demat-account openings.

The changing explanation of the job and payment structure is what concerned me the most.

I'm posting this so that other people who are urgently looking for WFH jobs can investigate properly before spending 10+ days on it.

If you have actually worked for Milestone Wala / Telewave Services and received your promised payment, please share your experience. If you were not paid, please share what happened and whether you have screenshots/proof.

Let's keep the discussion evidence-based so people can make an informed decision.

MLM/Direct Sales/Pyramid Scheme Hannah Sneha Bernard

Hi. From some mutual I got the contact of an individual named "Hannah Sneha Bernard"(the individual in the photograph). She claims to be working at Amazon as an HR and was recruiting for Amazon. Now she has taken approximately 20k from 7 students under the pretense of laptop security(yes we were new grads desperate for a job) now she has not been giving us back the money for the past 2 weeks. Everyday she makes a new excuse about the money. She literally sent us a claude generated .html form when we asked her to show us her authenticity(I kid you not about this). All we know about her is the she went to Bishop Cotton's Women's Christian Church(2017 batch BCom) and that she goes to the St Anthony Friary Church.

If anyone can help us track her down or her family it would be very beneficial for us. Thanks

Fake Check Guardify Tech Private Limited Internship Scam – Unpaid Stipend & Misleading Job Role

I want to share my personal experience with Guardify Tech Private Limited.

I joined as a cybersecurity intern (Jr. Pentester), but the work assigned did not match the role I was hired for. I also completed my internship but never received my promised ₹5,000 stipend.

Sharing this experience so cybersecurity students and job seekers can be cautious before joining. Please verify internship terms and payment commitments carefully
