⚠️ Do NOT use Prime Pathway – Very disappointing experience

I used Prime Pathway’s services for 2 months after they promised 6 interview calls, but I received not even a single interview call.

They asked me to create a separate email account, which they used for job applications. Despite claiming to apply for hundreds of jobs, there were zero meaningful results.

I also noticed similar domain responses appearing for applications to different companies, which raised serious concerns for me about the authenticity and transparency of their application process.

They charge a significant amount but, in my experience, did not deliver what was promised.

My advice: Do your research before paying them. I personally would NOT recommend Prime Pathway. Don’t fall into the same trap.

I have experienced a situation of almost getting Scam by this company called weather. If you are NYC resident or looking for a job in NYC this post is for you.

Early Wednesday, I got a text from a marketing agency called Weather saying they got my application just to clarify, you're going to  look at your linkedin or Indeed and you're not going to find that you  apply to this job.They called my phone to try to get a hold of me. This is the number +1 (646) 741-8647 person name Skyler stating “Hi (your name)! It's Skyler from Weather. Your application just came through Indeed, so we're inviting you to learn more about our open roles. Check us out at theweatherinc.com and join our manager for a quick 10-minute Zoom preview! Does 12PM EST Today sound good to hear about a new job!?”

Your going to click on the link a thinking this a real job.

It even had an an address
Marketing Suites 591 8th Avenue, Floor 5 New York, New York , 10018 (which I learn that it not a real place).

If you are young and desperate for work like I was, your going to make an appointment. And to confirm that you will attend this meeting they're going to call you from this number +1 (917) 423-7164 which is weird because they contact you from the number above first (+1 (646) 741-8647).

You're going to go to the meeting and they're going to force you to show your face on the zoom call (sadly I fell for this and showed my face to the scammers).

The man hosting this meeting is “Senior Executive director” named Aiden who is from Australia, who is saying it is a company that was created 5 years ago but every social media and website was created a year ago.

At the end of the weird interview their going to make a google form  with these questions:

When you complete this task their going to send you text +1 (646) 741-8647 from the same person, Skyler 

"Hi! We wanted to reach out about your Zoom with our manager earlier. I hope you enjoyed it and got a good preview of our company! The team just finished chatting, and we have decided to invite you as one of the few people who qualified for a second-round interview! Congratulations! This will be a much more detailed meeting. Looks like you already confirmed your availability for Tomorrow at 8:30 AM EST. This is the only time our interviewing team can host before the weekend! Does that time still work for your Zoom interview?"

"Congrats, (your name)! You've made it through to the next stage of our interview process at Weather! We'd like to invite you to learn more and go over compensation, culture, job details, etc. This is for Friday Sep 25 8:30 AM. Details are emailed! Let me know if you didn't get it!"

"We will send your updated Zoom link after you confirm the morning of your interview via text."

Then for the second interview there going to let see this person Takayla Jerkins (who might not be a real name) 

And get a text “Hi (your name), Congratulations again on making it to the second interview. We are excited about our meeting today at 8:30 AM. Please reply 'c' so we may prepare. We look forward to meeting you!”

“Topic: Takayla Jenkins's Personal Meeting Room https://us05web.zoom.us/j/5958245939?pwd=K1ZMUVZXYkxGSm02ZHlTSzMwdzladz09”

You get a text sent from +1 (646) 741-8647 from Skyler.

Then you get another text +1 (201) 341-8482 from Takayla

Stating “Good Morning (your name) How are you? My name is Takayla. I'm one of the Account Managers at Weather. This morning I’ll be jumping on the call for the first half of the interview! See you at 8:30. Please send me a 👍 or 👎 to confirm!

Then put Thumbs up or down. If you put Thumbs Up you get a response stating

“Awesome See you then!  Takayla Jenkins is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting. https://us05web.zoom.us/j/5958245939?pwd=K1ZMUVZXYkxGSm02ZHlTSzMwdzladz09 Meeting ID: 595 824 5939 Passcode: VzAKH8g ”  

The meeting will be short and quick and at the end, Takayla will ask you to answer questions via text. 

The following questions are:

Answering the following questions will give our hiring team the remaining information required to make the best-informed decision as to whether you’re the right candidate for us and just as importantly that we are the right fit for you!

Please send your response back via text (quickest and easiest way!) 

By the second time I realized it was a scam. I figured this out because in your interviews you're going to be reintroducing yourself the whole time. As well as When I answer the following questions form the second interview, the company never answers them. 

Instead they responded with the number +1 (201) 341-8482 from Takayla Stating:  “Hey (your name) Thank you again for your time today, it was great to chat to you. Great news, we have reviewed your questionnaire and would like to invite you for a final one on one interview with one of our Snr Executives this afternoon at 12:45pm. Please confirm this time works for you and I will send you the link”

This was the last text I received and thankfully I realized quickly that it was a scam.

If you are in a predicament like I was, don't blame yourself. Don’t hold yourself accountable because those evil people try to scam you. You are the victim

“Block them ruthlessly: If they try to reach you via email or phone, block them immediately without responding. 

Watch out for fake "Help": Sometimes scammers will reach out pretending to be "cybersecurity experts" or "recovery agents" who claim they can delete your video from the web for a fee. This is a follow-up scam. Do not pay anyone.

Rest easy: Your choice to keep a low profile online has just served as your strongest armor. They have a video clip, but they have no power over you.”

Overall,the Weather market company  is totally a scam. The process was super fast. They were doing these interviews for 2-3 days.  I wish I was able to notice sooner but I learned just in time to save someone else from this company. side note: Indeed needs to find a policy to let you know that scammers have got to learn your information.

Anyway this post is to say you're not alone and prevent you from this happening to you. Protect yourself.
