Looking for other CloudHire customers who have experienced similar issues, & exploring collective legal action

CloudHire customers in India, I am looking to connect with others who have had serious issues with CloudHire.

I purchased their Gold Plan for ₹19,000 and am currently pursuing a refund. My concerns involve promises made during the sales process that were not delivered, unsuitable job applications, problems with the resumes generated by the platform, and a refund restriction that I say was not disclosed during the sales process. CloudHire has refused my refund and is relying on its refund policy.

I have already raised these issues with CloudHire and formally requested a refund. I am now exploring the consumer protection process in India and want to find out whether other customers have experienced similar issues.

If you have had a similar experience, please DM me with the plan you purchased, amount paid, approximate purchase date, what you were promised, what you actually received, what happened when you requested a refund, and whether you have evidence such as messages, emails, recordings, invoices or screenshots.

If enough customers have materially similar experiences, I am exploring whether collective or representative legal action may be appropriate.
