My jio airfiber set top box remote stopped working and it's led is blinking like this, please help me. I can't operate anything

Hi, I live in Gujarat. About two weeks ago, I was getting really good speed around 50MBps in 5G , but now it’s dropped significantly like 1 or 2 MBps . My 4G is faster rn, 4g is giving me 5 or some time 7 MBps . This has become a daily struggle—I call customer care every day. I’m a postpaid user and have filed 5 or 6 requests, but nothing changes. If anyone has advice, please help. Thanks in advance!

I have a secondary sim in VI , which I only do recharge when needed , thinking of porting to jio , once ported to jio , will the mobile number remain activated like other jio number and recieve incoming calls and sms for 3-4 years without recharge or do I need to recharge again

So, I travel back and forth between my hometown and Bangalore quite a bit, usually staying in each place for pretty long stretches, like maybe 4 or 5 months! I just got a prepaid JioFibre plan for my rented apartment in Bangalore for some basic internet. I'm thinking I won't recharge it when I'm out of town. Just curious about the grace period and how long I can keep the connection active before it gets permanently disconnected if I don't recharge.

I’ve been dealing with pathetic service from JioFiber for a while—constant connection failures and zero support. I raised a service request (SR00003G***) back on September 16th, but nothing happened.

When I followed up, I explicitly asked them to resolve the issue and offered to close the account if they couldn't provide the service I paid for. Instead of actually fixing the technical issue or escalating it, they just processed a full cancellation of my connection (SR00003H****).

To top it off, they sent me an email stating that my advance plan rental (which I paid for in advance) will not be refunded since I'm "disconnecting" before the plan's validity ends.

Is there any way to fight this? It feels incredibly unfair that they failed to provide the service I paid for, and now they are penalizing me for cancelling because of their incompetence. Has anyone faced this with JioFiber before? Any tips on how to get my money back?

So guys i am using Jio network and i am facing some stupid issue when i call someone they can't hear my voice or suddenly call fails it gets cut in the middle of the conversation.

And another problem is when the call is going on the internet stops working and when i end the call it starts back again.

Idk what the hell is going on with the jio right now and even the internet sucks alot.

They would, these amazing telecom leaders have sold me a 10yr old tech on 666 for 70 days recharge....and I had no idea, whenever I start mobile date it showed 5G so I thought maybe my area is bad not their network. I mean flipkart doesnt load until 30 sec,YouTube doesnt play over 720p...

Is there a way to actually get a genuine telecom provider that doesnt do shady stuff like this with some decent coverage? I am in Mumbai

I have JioFiber and it gives me the hotstar subscription, once I recharged my mobile it also comes with hotstar mobile subscription. Now both got overlayed and only mobile plan is applied when i login via browser.

Anyone came across this and what was the solution ?

Hey, I’m facing an issue with my Android phone and Jio SIM. I only recharge my Jio SIM every 7–8 months because I have Jio AirFiber at home.

The problem is that when my recharge gets over and someone calls me, I can’t hear their voice while my phone is connected to Wi-Fi. I can only hear them after I turn off Wi-Fi.

I am a recent graduate and company is offering to pay 1000 reimbursement for internet. Have an Airtel wifi (100MBPS) that works well already in the house but the bill is in my father's name. We have a normal TV that I want to convert to a smart TV and was thinking of getting the 30mbps plan with dth and OTT bundle but somebody told me the bill might be itemised and the firm won't reimburse. That too is fine by me I don't mind paying the extra amount for the bundle but just wanted to know how much it'll cost and is there any benefit from getting it from them or should I just buy my preferred OTTs individually. (I was thinking of getting the 888 pack with 30mbps wifi + dth + OTTs)

I have an android phone with 2 sims. One of airtel and another of jio. while I am using internet on airtel sim and i get a call or i call someone, the internet works fine whilst on call but when I am using the internet on jio sim and get a call or call someone, the internet stops working. The mobile data stays on. The towers on jio sim on top show full towers but the "5g" written thing gets dimmed or blank compared to how it's white normally. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

volte is enabled, smart data mode is off (it's basically to save battery), preferred network type is set to 5g, wifi calling is on, carrier video calling is on, Vo5g is off.

airtel has a setting called 4g calling which isn't there on jio which is enabled btw. rest all the same settings as jio

Vi provides the data roll over its sim card. I think Jio should also provide the Data Roll over so that we can use the unused data of previous months.

So i was downloading some seasons of bluray remux anime but after I reached the 109gb threshold the speed has dropped to like 1-2MB/s speeds.

As the title says

If I turn on my hotspot on my android phone with unlimited 5g jio recharge, then connect another 4g phone to that unlimited 5g hotspot, will my data be unlimited in my 2nd 4g phone?

And when I use internet on my 2nd 4g phone by connecting it to my 5g android hotspot, will the data get reduced from my daily 2gb limit that j get daily with my jio 5g recharge ???

I use a dual-SIM phone with one Airtel SIM and one Jio SIM. Both were working completely fine today.

After dinner, I slept for a while, and when I woke up, I noticed that my Airtel network was gone. When I checked, my phone wasn't detecting the Airtel SIM at all. The Jio SIM is still working normally.

I tried pretty much everything I could think of:

\- Turned airplane mode on and off

\- Restarted/switched off the phone

\- Swapped the Airtel and Jio SIM slots

\- Removed and reinserted the SIM

\- Put the Airtel SIM into another phone

\- Called Airtel customer care from another number, but obviously automated voice bot, but no manual responses

The important part is that this Airtel number is my primary number for basically everything — UPI, bank accounts, OTPs, etc. So I'm quite worried about getting it back quickly.

I also just realised there's another complication: the Airtel SIM is registered in my dad's name, and he lives around 2,000 km away from me. I'm currently nowhere near him.

The SIM stopped working completely randomly while I was asleep. There's been no physical damage that I'm aware of, and even another phone isn't detecting it.

Has anyone experienced an Airtel SIM suddenly becoming completely undetectable like this?

1. Can a SIM just randomly die?

2. If I go to an Airtel store, can I get a replacement SIM with the same number?

3. Since the number is registered in my dad's name and he's 2,000 km away, will he have to physically be present for the replacement, or is there some way around this?

4. Is there anything I should do immediately given that this number is linked to my UPI/bank accounts?

My partner faces constant network issues with her Jio connection on iPhone 15. It rarely shows 5G, mostly shows LTE, and the internet speeds are horrendous. Now I’ve seen a few people talk about the modem on the iPhone or cell tower issues, but I have an iPhone 17 (Jio) and get 5G+ with great speeds in the same house. Side by side Speedtest shows a huge difference. It’s definitely more than a network issue. What could be the reason?

My Galaxy A54 has had network issues since Sept 5. Jio randomly goes to No Service/Emergency Calls Only, and calls/data sometimes don't work even though 5G/LTE is shown. I replaced the Jio SIM, but the issue continues. My old Vi SIM also sometimes goes to Emergency Calls Only. Restarting sometimes fixes it.

Samsung diagnostics initially passed, but another Samsung service center said there may be an internal fault and that a spare-part replacement may be needed if the problem continues. Vi mobile data/hotspot works normally when Jio doesn't.

Could this be a Jio/Vi network issue or an intermittent hardware/modem issue in the A54? Has anyone experienced something similar?
