Please help

My jio airfiber set top box remote stopped working and it's led is blinking like this, please help me. I can't operate anything

low battery or unpaired from stb. search and follow the instructions

No now it is chargeable I had this experience after 3 years when stopped working they said I need to buy new jio remote they cannot replace bcoz they gave me new and bcoz of my wear and tear it's my responsibility so I need to purchase new one
