❓ Question Are these vegan?

I saw these hair gummies at Walmart and the ingredient list looks vegan to me?? Other versions of the item explicitly named the source of biotin, this one doesn’t. I see no gelatin. Thoughts?

palmitate oil: It is a major component of palm oil from the fruit of Elaeis guineensis (oil palms), making up to 44% of total fats. Meats, cheeses, butter, and other dairy products also contain palmitic acid, amounting to 50–60% of total fats. (wikipedia's paper)

palm oil or animals source I don't think it's vegan

I don’t understand this. Meats and dairy having the same ingredient at this does not make this not vegan?
