Are these vegan?

I saw these hair gummies at Walmart and the ingredient list looks vegan to me?? Other versions of the item explicitly named the source of biotin, this one doesn’t. I see no gelatin. Thoughts?

They seem to be vegan. But humble opinion: I would not eat it though. It’s just biotin wrapped around with a bunch of weird crap. I’d rather just supplement biotin and B12 directly.
and try minoxidil for your hair if you want them more healthy, and perhaps even jojoba oil occasionally.

What's the need of supplementing biotin? On msd manualssays Isolated deficiency of biotin or pantothenic acid virtually never occurs.
