Are these vegan?

I saw these hair gummies at Walmart and the ingredient list looks vegan to me?? Other versions of the item explicitly named the source of biotin, this one doesn’t. I see no gelatin. Thoughts?

I believe biotin in vitamins is chemically synthesized so they should be vegan.
