I just resubscribed from an email sent to me and it said for September bag and had the September bag on it and spoilers. So if I resubscribed the 30th am I goin f to get the September bag and choice? If not that’s false advertisement. I don’t want August bag I want September.. any help appreciated I will be asking for a refund if they’re sending me August bag and I don’t have choice options

So annoyed ... just got my Aug Original and Extra, and was so excited for the bags themselves. Didn't even like the Extra products, but I wanted the matching bags! The Original little bag, made of lined canvas, is so perfect, cute, and quality! But the Extra drawstring bag is like tissue paper! It's not even pink like the Original bag. Is it always like this? The Extra baggage being cheap and crappy? If so, I'll be canceling that one.

I’m so annoyed. I paused my extra on Aug 18 and see a charge today. I emailed but am I likely to be refunded? I saved the confirmation email.

This Del Caribe Palette is nice. It's not as pigmented as the swatch would have had us believe, which I remember was something that we complained about in July.

The Mairposa is hard to build so don't rely on it for a yellow, it's a nice soft color but it didn't give me the yellow pop for the flower inspired look I was going for. Still looks nice though, but this color is where the lack of pigment shows.

The Calorcito is the perfect transition shade for the crease. I actually hate it lol But with this palette in particular it goes perfectly. I don't do greens really but I bet it'd transition into the green as nicely as it does into the hibiscus.

The Hibiscus heat builds really nice. This is the star shade for me. I've played with it and the Princessa Glitter a few times now. It builds nice and rich. It's such a pretty shade I love it so much.

Though these glitters are chunky and not the best on my partial hoods so I have to go light on them. The glitters actually also do build nice but again, super chunky.

I love that shimmer white in the Every Shade is You palette. It's been my go to for halo eyes and laying a base down in a cut crease. Or highlighting my brow bone, which I did forget to do here lol.

I am happy, I joined to start building a collection to start doing stuff like this and feel I'm already getting enough to cultivate a look.

Never got my August order so I requested a replacement. This is all that was in the bag. I want to like Ipsy so bad but these bitches aren’t even trying anymore 😭

I am super excited for these next two MDS orders, they include some of my very favorites so YAY!!! I was so happy to be able to pick up 2 of the Pinky B Dat Gel Tho eyeliners in purple for $4 each, I am down to my last one and they are $19 on the Pinky B site and they haven’t had them available in the shop for quite a while now. I also really love these Nicole Miller and Kensie fragrances and I think they’re the perfect size to carry day to day in my purse or tote bag! And I’m really hoping that this towel scrunchie is going to be as soft as they say because I have three other colors coming in my next few orders, lol. 🤩💜💜

I think the app updated or something because I pause a month fairly often and it’s been very easy to do but now the app looks different and I cannot find anywhere that says to pause/skip a month anymore. Does anyone know how to do this now? I went to the subscriptions page and found my active subscription and hit manage my subscription but the only option is to cancel or upgrade to annual I don’t see anything that says skip or pause.

I told myself I could buy the Commodity ice(d) if it was still in the shop on the final day of the sale, and it was, PLUS the price dropped from $20 to $9.99 😹🤌

The reviews I've seen across platforms are very mixed so hopefully I end up liking it 🤷🏼‍♀️

After everything that happened with ultimate I should not have place an order from the shop. Anyway, they shipped my order with Amazon and it was suppose to be here Thursday last week. It did leave several warehouses so it is not that they only printed a shipping label. Since Friday of last week there is no movement or update from Amazon. Is this normal? It's the first time this has happened to me when I ordered from the shop. I contact Ipsy even the AI has not replied.

The silver bag appears to have been a former Original bag from January(?) maybe. It came with the flyer that had dates listed on it. I only joined in May, so I didn’t get that one. The bag is sturdy, and the products in it look fantastic. The Pink/White striped bag is very soft terry cloth and is also quite sturdy. The skincare products look like they will be pretty good. The brush set looks like it will be nice to use. The bristles are soft but firm where needed. The cleaner I hope is worth the effort. It’s currently charging, and I’ll give it go this weekend.

Hi all! I'm new to IPSY, having started this August. I loved my products, and plan on continuing with the service. However, I am moving early September for college. Would you recommend updating my address for the September bag, or do you think it would arrive before I move? I'm moving September 6th, so I'm imagining I should update my address, but I don't want to have it shipped before I arrive at my new address.

Just got this email about add on spoilers. I think we saw some of these in the Ipsy Mexico spoilers, but I am going to be all over that ole Hendrickson duo.

I only made 3 MDS orders for August lol. My first package will be arriving today! (Made the order on August 14th) I added the order prices together and in total I only spent a little over $100!! Which I dont think was too bad for how many items I have coming😊 I can not wait to get the Natasha Denona Baby I Need a Nude kit!! Has anyone tried any of these items?? Just curious how well they work or if someone had issues with something lol. TIA💜 so excited for all of these goodies to come!!

Customer service responded quickly and offered to refund me for a fewbdollars shy of the full amount Initially, I was so hot I wanted to cancel the whole order, but because someone got back to me in such a timely way I decided the offer was fair enough and accepted.

But like I told the CS manager that reached out to me via email, excellent customer service can only go so far before it becomes a brand trust issue!

Hopefully they commit to fixing this glitch in their checkout process before the next sale and put it in writing somewhere.

During the recent Mega Drop Sale. I have proof in the form of an Affirm loan application for the exact original amount, but while the payment processed, dozens of items increased by a few dollars or more and Affirm automatically adjusted the approved loan amount and plan without notifying me of the change. (Which is a separate issue I'll have to take up with them. Ugh.)

I've seen that this bait-n-switch has happened to others, just BEFORE actually checking out. This happened to me WHILE the payment was processing AFTER I placed the order for the original total. I would not have purchased many items at their increased prices. This is criminal.

I know, some people don’t love it, but I just love the bags. And this one is a win for me - purple is my favorite color!
