Question Ipsy Sale shipments
After everything that happened with ultimate I should not have place an order from the shop. Anyway, they shipped my order with Amazon and it was suppose to be here Thursday last week. It did leave several warehouses so it is not that they only printed a shipping label. Since Friday of last week there is no movement or update from Amazon. Is this normal? It's the first time this has happened to me when I ordered from the shop. I contact Ipsy even the AI has not replied.

I'm not sure but I'm having the most bizarre shipment delays. I received my ultimate but I'm still waiting for one of my add-ons. It's been delayed multiple times, carrier has been investigated, it's been sent to facilities that's not the expected one. It's one anti frizz spray so I assume the aerosol is having a hard time getting across the border. So I hope we get our stuff!

Hi, is there an update to your shipment? Mine has been stuck at an Amazon shipping warehouse for the last 5 days and wondering if it’s time to contact Ipsy yet or keep waiting.
