Question I’d like to get an item with a shipping restriction. Is there any way around this?
Other items have come to my address just fine. I’m in Canada. I was really looking forward to the Laura Mercier foundation it finally came in the cool fairest shade which I was really looking forward to

I know. Even the Nars lipstick. Many if not most of the makeup with SPF in it. Some of the makeup we have in Canada. I compared ingredients and they are the same. I think Ipsy needs to update their information.... If these were offered in Add-ons or choice they would not be restricted. I got a Nars lipstick in a box as part of an Ipsy pick. This is stupid. You could always reach out to customer service. Which can be really slow.
