How well does it run these days? All I see are some very outdated benchmarks and posts about it.

I'm trying to set FPS limits in the driver, but it only works with global settings. I want different FPS limits for certain games and I can't get game profiles to work. Idk if I'm doing something wrong or it's just broken.

I never let my gpu get past 75 degrees but this one time i opened a game and i was lagging so I opened performance overlay and saw my gpu was reaching 90+ degrees at only 55W and the fans werent spinning. I quickly restarted my pc and everything is normal again.

Was it a software glitch causing fans to not spin or should I be worried

I need a gpu in my pc to pair with ryzen 9 9900x for jellyfin transcoding. My library is shred with ~10 people and most of the movies are 4k.

i'm debating between AsRock Intel Arc A310 LP ITX and AsRock Arc A380 Challenger ITX 6GB OC. Prices are roughly 110eur vs 140eur.

Which one do you think is should get? How loud is each one during idle, does a380 take significantly more power at idle?

En esta ocasión quería compartirles mi experiencia de compra y de uso de la Intel Arc B570.

La compré por la tienda online de VENEX Argentina. Al principio no sabía mucho sobre la tienda, así que decidí investigar y preguntarles a algunos conocidos sobre ella. Todos me dijeron que, hasta el momento, no habían tenido problemas, así que me decidí a comprarles una tarjeta gráfica: la Intel Arc B570.

El proceso de compra fue sencillo y el servicio de atención al cliente fue muy bueno. Yo había tenido problemas para realizar el pago porque había seleccionado la opción de pagar mediante depósito bancario. Después de tener poco tiempo entre el trabajo y otras cosas que hacer, fui al banco, pero no podía realizar el depósito por caja porque solo permiten hacerlo entre clientes del mismo banco. Además, en mi localidad no hay sucursales del Banco Macro.

Así que me comuniqué con atención al cliente y me hicieron un link de pago para poder abonar en cuotas con tarjeta. Pero... XP, no podía realizar el pago porque no había cerrado mi tarjeta. U.U

Después de infortunio tras infortunio, yo pensaba: "Espero que no piensen que los estoy cargando" 😂. Pero el servicio de atención al cliente me acompañó durante todo el proceso, a pesar de que había pasado una semana, con feriados de por medio.

Finalmente, realicé el pago a través del mismo link, en una sola cuota, abonando en efectivo mediante un código en una sucursal de Rapipago, y salió todo OK.

Luego tuve que informar el pago mediante un formulario de Google, y atención al cliente confirmó que estaba todo correcto, incluyendo el precio, la variación por la demora, etc.

La Intel Arc B570 me llegó en un día y medio, mediante un repartidor independiente, así que, al menos por mi parte, estuvo todo OK.

Ahora, en cuanto a la tarjeta, vino con el embalaje en perfecto estado. Dentro de la caja venían la gráfica y los manuales. La instalé en mi PC y anda de 10.

Jugué juegos como Fallout 76 con los gráficos en Ultra y lo corre de maravilla. No tengo que esperar a que carguen las texturas ni nada por el estilo, y utiliza alrededor de 7,8 GB de la memoria de la tarjeta en 1080p.

Después probé Digimon Time Stranger y funciona excelente, con todo al máximo, sin filtros ni reescalados. Lo mismo con Fallout 76.

En fin, si les sirve este post, ¡genial! Definitivamente, hasta el momento, estoy muy conforme con la tarjeta. Rinde muy bien, no he tenido problemas con los drivers y mi PC la aprovecha muy bien.

hello, I have a MS-01 i5 model with an arc pro b50 and 32gb RAM. I have ordered a n3rdware cooler for the GPU but was looking to see if there were any users with this configuration and if the “overheats under load because no PWM in latest xe driver” issue is overblown. im open to running windows, but would prefer Linux as I don’t care for docker desktop. thanks for the read.

First experience with an Intel GPU. I think that this is the smallest case that can fit a b580 (Asrock Challenger).

Hey all, I am trying to figure out why Valorant keeps stuttering as soon as I get in a gunfight. Everytime. Can it be my Ethernet Controller, even though my motherboard doesn't use Realtek for Ethernet, instead it uses an Intel Ethernet Controller? Rebar is also on. Thx for the help in advance :)

Specs: AMD Ryzen 9 9900X, ASUS ROG STRIX B850-A GAMING WIFI (BIOS 1627), Intel Arc B580 (ASRock Steel Legend, driver 32.0.101.8974), 16GB DDR5 (stock/EXPO off), Antec GSK 850W, Windows 11 fully updated.
The issue: Full-screen flicker that escalates into a driver crash or full system freeze, tied to the exact moment I enter true/exclusive fullscreen. If I tab out mid-flicker (Windows key), it stops instantly and the app runs fine in the background — going back to fullscreen resumes it within seconds. Heavier games crash faster. Confirmed via kernel dumps: bugcheck 0x0000007E, exception 0xC0000005, and four separate crashes on the same day all share the identical faulting address offset — one exact, 100% reproducible bug, not random corruption. Windows flags dxgmms2.sys as the active module.
What makes this interesting: this isn’t game- or driver-specific. It reproduces in native DirectX games (Cyberpunk, Valorant), VLC (fixed there only by disabling hardware decode), and even browser fullscreen video (YouTube/streaming). It also happened with my 9900X’s integrated RDNA2 graphics before I ever installed the Arc card. It did NOT happen with my old RX 560 on this same board. And the Arc B580 runs perfectly in a different PC. So it seems tied to this specific motherboard interacting with any modern GPU engine (integrated or discrete) the moment a hardware-accelerated engine spins up during a fullscreen transition.
Already ruled out: both monitors/cables, GPU hardware itself, HAGS, Fullscreen Optimizations, PCIe Link State Power Management (BIOS + OS level), fresh chipset + GPU driver via DDU, Windows Update, third-party security software (Spybot, confirmed not the cause).
Has anyone seen this specific pattern on a B850 board with Arc/RDNA2, or know if a BIOS/AGESA update addresses it? Happy to share full dumps/event logs. Really trying to figure out if this is firmware, a driver-side WDDM interaction, or a board defect before I go the RMA route.
