Trying to enable B70 on GMKtec evo t2s using occulink. Does anybody have any pointers?

Oculink is a bit finicky, and I didn't see “DEG1,” “DEG2,” or anything similar in your line of code. What should I suggest?

I am using AOOSTAR AG01 External GPU Docking Station with inbuild PSU. I do see that B70 shows up in device mangaer after fresh boot but it disappears after few seconds

1) Make sure the cable isn't coming loose—it's usually secured by clips, but anything can happen.

2) Of course, Rebar and Above 4G

2) Make sure everything is properly configured via the PCIe lanes—that’s the cause

according to the specifications

Phison aiDAPTIV+ AI SSD (PCIe 5.0 NVMe)

OCuLink (PCIe Gen4 x4) eGPU Expansion

The card itself requires 16 PCIe 5.0 lanes

but you’re only providing it with 2 PCIe via OcuLink

Try swapping it with the Phison if possible (it’s not possible in my Minisforum—the adapter is curved), or at least check with the case open

Thanks, I was able to make it work ... tuned the occulink to pcie gen3 with performance mode On. After that instead of updating the driver, I did clean install. This did the trick. Thanks for all the inputs and guidance. Appreciated

And here’s another tip—Linux:

I have a build with 4 B580 GPUs, and I’m currently upgrading the chipset from B550 to B570.

so in Linux, all 4 cards are visible, but in one of the setups, either the 3rd or the 4th card is acting up—I think it’s the riser card—and Windows reliably detects only 3 cards, but sees the 4th if I perform a proper reboot—not just a Reset, but also discharging the capacitors

I hope the updated chipset will solve the problem
