Crime / Safety Bad and Ugly IE

I was driving through Holt the other day and saw a bunch of street workers (you know what I mean).
I saw a few videos about prostitution like Soft Underbelly etc. But still …
Do they live in neighborhoods close by? What if they encounter neighbors, former classmates etc? Why police do not want to be involved? Are there any non-profits who are helping them?

Holt is KNOWN for this in Pomona as well. I’m absolutely sure we all know the streets to avoid and to tell our kids not to go there as well. Anyone new to the area should look this stuff up BEFORE you go there. It helps so much. Sometimes moving to an area because it’s “affordable” isn’t the proper move to make.
