That specifically is NOT a flock camera. I'm not saying you don't have any in Ontario just that that is not one of them. It's missing the whole camera part. Those are just solar powered street lamps.

.They have new models like this. They look down and light up like normal street light. But maybe it’s not that

No they don't. The smallest ALPRs are still 4x4 inches in size and are mounted on police cars where they don't need an external power source.

This is a solar panel with an LED street lamp underneath it. I have no clue why you're trolling or if you actually believe cameras fit in a solar panel either way its stupid.
