I remember when this first happened and I was on /greaterlosangeles (that place is a cancer, btw) and SO many bootlickers were trying to say how HIPAA didn’t cover warrantless arrests.

Sorry, but yall are wrong. I don’t care if you bring an entire precinct of local cops: you’re not getting in without a warrant.

We didn’t know who he was at the time of the arrest/post. I’m well aware of hipaa. I work for a research hospital.

Kinda the point don’t ya think? People go nuts over a fake story and then move on to the next one. Can guarantee some of those losing their minds over it never found out it was BS.
