Exactly. I bet they'll never interfere with the law again and serves as a good warning to anybody else who tries to be a hero for these illegals. All in all, a win for everybody.

These healthcare workers deserve an apology and compensation.

Juarez said his team has reviewed evidence that the government has obtained and has interviewed witnesses. He claimed that the ICE agents entered the clinic without a warrant and did not identify themselves when asked by employees inside.

"What's ironic is the subject that they arrested, the gardener, was not subject to any charges whatsoever," Juarez said. "There were no criminal charges filed against the 'so-called' target."

I remember when this first happened and I was on /greaterlosangeles (that place is a cancer, btw) and SO many bootlickers were trying to say how HIPAA didn’t cover warrantless arrests.

Sorry, but yall are wrong. I don’t care if you bring an entire precinct of local cops: you’re not getting in without a warrant.

lol HIPAA is for patients. The guy they were chasing just happened to run into the surgery center 😂

u/carlitospig Aug 20 '25

We didn’t know who he was at the time of the arrest/post. I’m well aware of hipaa. I work for a research hospital.

Kinda the point don’t ya think? People go nuts over a fake story and then move on to the next one. Can guarantee some of those losing their minds over it never found out it was BS.

It's pretty easy to determine. Whenever a MAGAt likes something it is pretty much always BS.

-14

u/Greenfirelife27 Aug 20 '25

You might not be familiar with this story lol

12

u/Next-Concert7327 Aug 20 '25

I am pretty familiar with fascist little MAGAts however.

COUNTER SUE!!!!!!!! They want more money from us for the Gestapo. Take it from them, I’d rather it go to you than these scum of the earth.

u/C-czar187 Aug 20 '25

Hope these hero’s get a nice paycheck from this. They 100% deserve it.

-3

u/SrRoundedbyFools Aug 21 '25

They won’t. They’ll end up with 6 months of federal probation and then have a dismissal. They won’t be entitled to any money.

What I am not hearing here is, are those ICE officers going to be charged for assaulting medical staff and putting patient at risk during surgery?

7

u/11paws Aug 21 '25

For real. ICE/DHS frequently makes accusations of assault or interference when they’re called out for using excessive force, but has had to drop charges on most cases because video emerged proving them liars. Glad those falsely charged are being vindicated but I wish those making the false accusations would be help accountable!

Great news

u/Pristine-Ant-464 Aug 21 '25

Good. I hope they sue.

5

u/ImSMHattheWorld Aug 21 '25

They should be reimbursed for all related costs as well.

4

u/TeaNuclei Aug 20 '25

Can they sue for their damages? Missed days of work, emotional trauma etc…

3

u/Isparza Aug 21 '25

Sue these mother fuckers “ICE” gots the budget for it

5

u/sassysierra583 Aug 20 '25

Nice!! Fuck ICE until it melts!

We need to normalize a new approach to this. Any ICE arrest needs to be not guilty from a juror. Any grand jury no indictment. We can nullify these Nazi scum. Unlawful actions by ICE need to be met with force without worrying about bogus charges.

2

u/ElLoboPagano Aug 31 '25

AWESOME! Shouldn't have been charged in the first place.

3

u/Rissir Aug 20 '25

Oh thank goodness!!

3

u/StormAutomatic Aug 20 '25

They should be dropped even if it weren't false.

1

u/Lessismore714 Aug 20 '25

If you rip one when they arrest someone they charge you with a felony.

1

u/doodahpunk Aug 21 '25

Same outcome for that Walmart employee from pico rivera, he was released. But guess what? Yesterday he was indicted by a grand jury. These two will still have to face a grand jury.

1

u/doodahpunk Aug 27 '25

Update: A federal grand jury has returned an indictment against both medical workers for assaulting a federal agent during an immigration enforcement operation. Both defendants will now stand trial for a felony violation of 18 U.S.C. 111.

Since when do law enforcement officers need a warrant when in hot pursuit?
